professionals operating from more than 35 locations across the country. Founded in 1988, CTC is an applied
research professional services organization assisting government and industry to achieve world-class
competitiveness.
CTC’s Community and Economic Development Group focuses on helping local and state governments
leverage federal funding to improve their communities through innovative and collaborative community and
economic development programs.
We are a diverse mix of professionals with backgrounds in local economic development, consulting,
information research, industrial recruitment, business management, training, military business and
technology transfer. Through CTC we have access to a large employee base with capabilities in
