Concurrent Technologies Corporation
The Charleston Environmental Job Training project is managed by the Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC).
CTC is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with over 1,300 staff operating from more than 35 locations
across the country, including Charleston, Columbia and Greenville, South Carolina. The organization’s community and
economic development team helps local and state governments leverage federal funding to improve their communities
through innovative programs.

Trident One Stop Career System
The Trident One Stop Career System provides basic support services and job placement assistance to participants.
The Trident One Stop Career System is comprised of one-stop centers in Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester
counties and offers a variety of services to help employers and job seekers meet their workforce development needs.

Trident Technical College
The Trident Technical College provides the environmental technical training to participants.
The Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Technical Education Center was established in 1964 as part of a statewide
system founded to meet the education and training needs of South Carolina. Today, the college offers more than
150 programs of study in a variety of technical and career areas, as well as transfer programs for those who plan
to continue their education at a four-year college.
