Government-related Training Programs
To meet the needs of today’s knowledge economies, local workforces require the support of robust
education and training initiatives. In addition, many low income individuals require additional
technical skills training to meet employer workforce needs. Effective job training requires that the
alignment of training with identified workforce skill-gaps. CTC has successfully developed pilot
training programs in the healthcare, information technology, transportation, environmental services, and
